Daniel: Oh, hi. I think I left a bag on a train this morning, and I'm hoping it might have been handed in.
Grace: I can certainly check that for you. Let me open a report. Could I take your name first?
Daniel: Yes, it's Daniel Okonjo.
Grace: Could you spell the surname for me, please?
Daniel: Of course — it's O-K-O-N-J-O. Okonjo.
Grace: Thank you. And which train were you travelling on?
Daniel: It was the ten-thirty from Cardiff, and I got off here at Central.
Grace: And do you remember roughly where you were sitting?
Daniel: Yes, I was in the quiet carriage — that was Coach C. The bag was on the luggage rack above my seat.
Grace: Right. And can you describe the bag for me?
Daniel: It's a small rucksack — a backpack. It's dark green, and it's got my laptop inside, which is the main worry.
Grace: Understood. For the insurance section of the form, roughly what would you say the contents are worth?
Daniel: Well, the laptop alone is worth about six hundred pounds, so I'd say six hundred to be safe.

Daniel: L4027 — got it. And when should I check whether it's turned up?
